Omani people love to eat it because its very delicious and easy to make it. the method to make mchakik . We cut the meat   in small  piece. Means in the form of small squares.after that  we spray  on mchakik special spices. After that put it on the charcoal until cooked well.all members of the families are work helping each  other.
