in special day  for example at Ramadan ,Eid and weddings. All most of Omani person make some kind Omani food. Delicious and tradition food .  like harees in the picture. This kind of food is very famous in Oman. the component of harees. rice, chickens or meat, salt,spicy . to make harees mix all the component together and move it.
