introduction

Introduction: Hi every body , I am Asia Mubarak Al-foori ,my major is PR , in my blogger I will talk about different kind of food like show, Bariany , Harees.. and other kinds . I love this subject  and i will talk more about it in my blogger. i want to show others nice kind of Omani food.   

Harees

in special day  for example at Ramadan ,Eid and weddings. All most of Omani person make some kind Omani food. Delicious and tradition food .  like harees in the picture. This kind of food is very famous in Oman. the component of harees. rice, chickens or meat, salt,spicy . to make harees mix all the component together and move it. We can find harees in many restaurant.   

Mchakik

in this picture show us detail about the one of the most popular food in sultanate of Oman .Which is called Mchakik . Omani people love to eat it because its very delicious and easy to make it. the method to make mchakik . We cut the meat   in small  piece. Means in the form of small squares.after that  we spray  on mchakik special spices. After that put it on the charcoal until cooked well.all members of the families are work helping each  other.

Omani Halwa

Omani Halwa 

 One of the most popular kind of food in Oman. Omani people preparing halwa in special occasion sch as : Eids , weeding , Festivals . Also when the family had anew baby and in other occasion . There are a many factory that made Omani halwa for example: al- sifi , al-hosni , dewani and so on . We can find halwa in any place in the sultanate of Oman. The   Components of halwa :Water, sugar, Ghee, saffron strands , rose water , cardamom powder , nutmeg powder, tosted sesame seeds , cashew nuts , pitas flakes , almonds.  

Shuwa

Shuwa is Omani food. it prepared only on every special occasion . The most special occasion is Eid. There are different method of preparing shuwa but the common one is the meat is marinated with spices after that it rapped in sack made of dry plam leaves or banana leaves. next that these sacks are thrown into the underground sand oven. some place they cooked the shuwa in 24 hours, but in other place they cooked the shuwa in 48 . They think its better . After that served with rice or with other things.

Pizza

one day me and my best friend we went to the grand mall after we fished shopping . 

we went to the restaurant to eat dinner .We chose one of the popular restaurant of pizza. I like this kind of pizza its very delicious . Its not an Omani food but its available on it. There are different  restaurant of pizza sch as ; pizza in , pizza hat and other kind of pizza.  

Pariany

Bariany 

Bariany is an Omani food. Its very delicious.We can made bariany of meat or fish , chickens or vegetables. Many people like to eat this kind of food at the lunch.it has different test. It has many components sch as : salt, vegetables, rice, fish , meat or chickens , spicy , water, lemon , and oil. We can find bariany in different places in the sultanate of Oman. I like this type of food. I  all most  eat it at the lunch. Also many time I made bariany in my house . This picture show one of them.      

Alqimat

Alqimat

It an Omani sweet you can find it in any house in sultanate of Oman. This kind of sweet made for many occasion  spicily in Ramadan and weeding  and  other occasion. There are restaurant special to this kind of food . Located in Al-kwear in Muscat.Many people like this food . Also in festivals you can find Omani women cook this sweet. I like it and I love to make it .The component of alqimat: water, oil, eggs,milk, sugar, flour and yeast.

foalla sweet

These is the foalla sweet . it is UAE product available in Oman. it has many kind of sweet.it use different kind of chocolate from many country such as : Switzerland, Italy, Franc , Belgium.it has 250 kind of sweet. Produced in UAE. I like this sweet . sometime I went to it and I bought collection of that sweet. each kind of it has different price. this photo show the Italy, France, Belgium, Switzerland.
